Leadership Coaching

Leadership Coaching is a service which can be provided in a confidential one-on-one setting or in a one-to-cohort setting for up to 10 individuals.  Coaching can be an excellent support mechanism for any team member in a position of people leadership – from the shop-floor supervisor right through to senior managers.  In this coaching process, each individual’s leadership skills are assessed to harness strengths and set goals for growth and improvement.
