X5 Management Welcomes Executive Coach and Facilitator Dan Wall to the Team
X5 Management is pleased to announce the addition of Dan Wall, MA, CPHR, CEC, ACC to our growing team. Dan joins us as an Executive Coach and Facilitator, bringing extensive experience in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and positive workplace culture.
With a background that spans coaching, facilitation, and senior leadership roles, Dan has worked with clients across government agencies, regulatory bodies, boards, and other complex organizational environments. He is known for his warm, thoughtful approach and his ability to support individuals and teams in navigating change, improving collaboration, and achieving strategic goals.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Science, a Bachelor of Social Work, and a Master of Arts in Conflict Analysis and Management. He is also a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation. His professional designations include Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR).
In addition to his professional work, Dan is actively involved in his community through volunteer mediation and board service.
