The Five Behaviors® is a research-backed team development experience based on Patrick Lencioni’s trusted model for cohesive teamwork: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results.

Participants complete a personalized assessment and receive a report that highlights how their tendencies influence team dynamics. The workshop helps teams reflect, communicate more openly, and build shared commitments that support long-term performance.
