The Five Behaviors® a Wiley Brand

The Five Behaviors® assessments are based on Patrick Lencioni’s model from The Five Dysfunctions of a Team and are designed to improve individual and team effectiveness by focusing on five key behaviors: trust, conflict, commitment, accountability, and results.

We offer two assessment types:

Personal Development Assessment

This individual assessment evaluates how a person approaches teamwork. It provides insights into their behavioral style, interpersonal strengths, and areas for growth, helping them better understand how to contribute to team success—even when not part of an intact team.

Team Development Assessment

Designed for intact teams, this assessment gathers input from each team member to measure the team’s current effectiveness across the five behaviors. It provides both individual and team-level results, offering a clear picture of how the team functions and where improvements can be made.

These assessments help uncover key dynamics, build self- and team-awareness, and create a foundation for stronger collaboration and accountability as part of our workshops.

Everything DiSC® by Wiley

Everything DiSC® is a trusted behavioral assessment that X5 Management uses as it helps individuals understand themselves and others better. It highlights communication styles, work preferences, and interpersonal dynamics making it easier to build strong working relationships, reduce conflict, and improve collaboration.

We use a variety of DiSC profiles based on your goals, including:

  • Workplace – for team members at all levels
  • Management – for people leaders
  • Work of Leaders – for executive and senior leadership development
  • Productive Conflict – for improving team communication and reducing friction
  • Sales – to help sales professionals adapt their approach to different customer styles and improve connection

EQ-i 2.0® Assessment

The EQ-i 2.0 is a self-assessment that measures emotional intelligence across five key composite areas, including self-perception, self-expression, interpersonal skills, decision making, and stress management. It provides a clear snapshot of your current EQ strengths and development areas, along with strategies to enhance your leadership effectiveness. We use this when you want an in-depth, personal look at your EI and is ideal for leadership coaching and development planning.

EQ 360® Assessment

The EQ 360 builds on the EQ-i 2.0 by incorporating anonymous feedback from colleagues, direct reports, and supervisors. It compares how you see yourself to how others experience you, revealing blind spots, strengths, and alignment gaps. This 360-degree view provides powerful insight into leadership presence, influence, and relationship effectiveness. We use this when you want well-rounded, honest feedback to deepen self-awareness and guide focused leadership growth—especially valuable for executive coaching, leadership transitions, or succession planning.
