- What is the difference between each type of coaching?
- Executive Coaching: A one-on-one partnership focused on helping senior leaders (Executives, Owners, Founders) strengthen their leadership effectiveness, navigate complexity, and drive strategic results. We often support decision-making, team alignment, and personal leadership growth.
- Leadership Coaching: Develops the skills, mindset, and confidence of leaders at all levels but focuses on mid-management, emerging, and front-line leaders. Focused on helping individuals lead more effectively, communicate with impact, and build stronger teams.
- Business Coaching: Supports owners and senior leaders in clarifying business goals, improving operations, and making decisions that drive business growth. This type of coaching blends strategic guidance with leadership development.
- Sales Coaching: Helps sales managers and leaders improve team performance, strengthen coaching skills, and align sales efforts with business goals. Focuses on leading the sales team, not just closing deals.
