Jason’s academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Leadership and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University. He holds the esteemed Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is a certified EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360 (Emotional Intelligence) practitioner.  He is also a Certified Everything DiSC® Facilitator. 

Committed to giving back to his community, Jason serves on the Economic Development Lethbridge Board of Directors and as a Director on the ICF Coaching Education Global Board of Directors, providing him with a global and multicultural perspective. He has also dedicated his time to various charitable endeavours, including KidSport, Kids Help Phone, and The Boys and Girls Club.

Residing in Lethbridge with his family, Jason is not only a devoted professional but also a passionate explorer. Outside of work, he enjoys embarking on culinary adventures in search of the finest Chai, carving through snow-covered slopes in the winter, and traversing scenic trails during the summer months.
