Mike Mack is the President and Founder of X5 Management and has spent the past two decades working alongside founders, executives, and leadership teams across Canada. His work focuses on helping organizations strengthen leadership, improve alignment, and prepare for long-term continuity through executive coaching, succession planning, and strategic facilitation.

Mike is known for his practical, honest, and people-focused approach. He works closely with leaders navigating growth, succession, transition, leadership challenges, and the realities that come with building and leading organizations. His focus is helping leaders create clarity, strengthen accountability, align teams, and move important conversations into action.

Mike is an Amazon bestselling author whose books focus on leadership, business relationships, succession planning, and organizational growth. His most recent release, SUCCESSION: The Quiet Crisis of Transition – and How to Prepare for It, explores the leadership and continuity challenges many organizations face as founders and senior leaders prepare for transition.

He holds an MBA from Athabasca University, completed the Governance Program for Small & Medium-sized Enterprises through the University of Alberta School of Business, and is a Certified Trainer for Everything DiSC®. Mike is also a member of the International Coaching Federation and has served in leadership roles within business and community organizations throughout Alberta.
