Mike Mack is the President and Founder of X5 Management and has spent the past two decades working alongside founders, executives, and leadership teams across Canada. His work focuses on helping organizations strengthen leadership, improve alignment, and prepare for long-term continuity through executive coaching, succession planning, and strategic facilitation.

Mike is known for his practical, honest, and people-focused approach. He works closely with leaders navigating growth, succession, transition, leadership challenges, and the realities that come with building and leading organizations. His focus is helping leaders create clarity, strengthen accountability, align teams, and move important conversations into action.

Mike is an Amazon bestselling author whose books focus on leadership, business relationships, succession planning, and organizational growth. His most recent release, SUCCESSION: The Quiet Crisis of Transition – and How to Prepare for It, explores the leadership and continuity challenges many organizations face as founders and senior leaders prepare for transition.

He holds an MBA from Athabasca University, completed the Governance Program for Small & Medium-sized Enterprises through the University of Alberta School of Business, and is a Certified Trainer for Everything DiSC®. Mike is also a member of the International Coaching Federation and has served in leadership roles within business and community organizations throughout Alberta.

Lenora Thomas is the Chief Operating Officer at X5 Management, where she helps organizations strengthen leadership, improve alignment, and turn strategy into action. A Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®), she brings a practical lens to succession planning and leadership continuity, helping businesses reduce risk and prepare for long-term success.

Lenora’s background spans customer operations, service delivery, and organizational growth in fast-moving start-up and scale-up environments. Having led both local and global teams, she understands the challenges leaders face as organizations grow and become more complex. Her focus is building the systems, structure, and accountability needed to execute strategy while maintaining a strong employee and customer experience.

Known for her straightforward and grounded approach, Lenora works with leaders to clarify priorities, improve communication, and strengthen alignment across teams. She combines operational discipline with adaptability, helping organizations navigate change while maintaining momentum.

Kris Schinke

Kris is a focused and goal-oriented business professional with extensive executive experience in the retail, financial services, and not-for-profit sectors. She has a passion for inspiring and coaching others and believes a positive work culture is key for business growth and sustainability. She is adept in training, leadership and promoting teamwork.

Kris has been working with X5 Management for over 5 years, not only to support valued clients but also in her executive role supporting the ongoing business growth. She is the senior facilitator and small business coach specialist.

Kris is an avid volunteer and loves to donate time and effort to a variety of organizations, including a business mentor with ERIEC (Edmonton Region Immigrant Employment Council), working with professional newcomers for job placement and career advancement. This role also has also offered some personal benefits, such as improving knowledge about multicultural leadership and competencies.

A proponent of personal development, Kris holds an MBA from Athabasca University, her Distinguished Toastmaster designation from Toastmasters International, and her Life Coaching Certification from New Skills Academy. She also attended Harvard Business School (A Culture of Health in Business) and Norquest College (Inclusion at Work, Business Economics). She has published 2 book, including, According to Wolfgang, My Business, a business reference book based on her entrepreneurial father’s successful equestrian business and How to Stop the Revolving Door – 5 Strategies that will Postively Impact your Employees and Business Result (in collaboration with President, Mike Mack). She is a Certified Everything DiSC® Facilitator and a Five Behaviors™ of a Cohesive Team Accredited Facilitator.

Kris and her husband, Brian, have lived in 4 major Canadian cities and now call Edmonton home. Kris likes to stay active riding horses, walking her dog, Marsha, on the trails near her home, or working out at the gym.

With more than 20 years of experience in leadership coaching, people development, facilitation, training, and consulting, she is known for building capability, strengthening performance, and enabling meaningful growth. She has supported thousands of leaders and teams across diverse operating environments, consistently helping them expand their impact and think more strategically.

Her approach centers on unlocking potential through powerful questions, practical insight, and a focus on what is possible. Priscilla’s certification in Organizational Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) brings a systems‑based lens to her work, helping leaders understand how relationships shape influence, collaboration, and results. ORSC tools and concepts enable individuals and teams to navigate complexity, overcome challenges, and work together more effectively.

As a PMP‑certified consultant, Priscilla draws on extensive experience across finance, government, technology, oil and gas, higher education, engineering, and lean manufacturing. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, a Certified Everything DiSC® Facilitator, and an Accredited Five Behaviors® Trainer. She is also certified in Hogan Assessments and has used Myers‑Briggs and CliftonStrengths to help leaders understand their personality preferences, recognize blind spots, and communicate more effectively with diverse styles.

Priscilla’s work in team coaching focuses on resolving issues, strengthening alignment, and establishing effective ways of working. Her areas of expertise include Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Project Management, Training, Consulting, Conflict Resolution, and Change Management.

Having lived and worked across cultures, Priscilla brings a global perspective to her practice. She is fluent in Spanish and has partnered with clients from a wide range of Spanish‑speaking countries, enriching her ability to connect with and support diverse leaders.

He champions the belief that outstanding employee experiences are the cornerstone of sustained success.

A trailblazer in the realm of remote and virtual work, Jason spearheaded a highly successful fully virtual team, demonstrating his adeptness in leveraging technology to foster seamless collaboration and productivity. His conviction lies in the power of purposeful one-on-one conversations as the linchpin of success, whether in virtual or traditional work settings.

Involvement in his community is important to Dan. He has served in different roles on various boards of directors, including as the Board Chair of Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), the Alberta representative on the National Board of CPHR, and as Board Chair of the Mediation and Restorative Justice Centre. Dan is also a community-based mediator, volunteers in a community-based arts coffee shop, and serves as a coach and mentor for budding mediators.
