The X5 team includes Certified Professional Coaches accredited by the International Coaching Federation (the global oversight body for the Coaching profession) at up to the Master Certified Coach (MCC) level. We have worked with organizations large and small, from the North American headquarters for Eureka Vacuum Cleaners (they also own Beam) to Assistant Deputy Minister levels in government to Partner level Financial Advisors and Chartered Accountants plus many, many other business owners and Executives across industry. We help the influencers in the business to attain deeper clarity about themselves, their business situation, their future. From this increased clarity comes more right decisions, faster and more easily with greater resolve to actually do the right things as a further result.

Relationships
Improving relationships, that can be improved, brings increased ease to the activities connected with work. Being able to recognize what needs to happen within the Executive and what the bounds are for expectations from others often evaporates the stress of walking on eggshells and confusion.
